Requirements:

Research potential vendors

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Collect and maintain necessary product certificates and documentation

Review quality of purchased products
-
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
-
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
-
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
-
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
-
Prepare forecasts for stock replenishment
-
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper receipts
-
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Qualifications:

BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
-
1-2 years of working experience
-
Excellent knowledge in English (C2 level)
-
Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-
Acquainted with CRM tools and Analytics
-
Understanding of supply chain procedures
-
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Familiar with manufacturing processes in apparel/ textiles, specifications, and raw material costs
-
Capable of interpreting and be compliant with safety and environmental purchasing & delivery regulations and relative legislation

Proficient in import and export processes
-
Good awareness of local and global PPE competition will be considered a plus
