Your responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

• Support supplier onboarding in SAP Ariba (registration, qualification).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify specifications and business requirements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with corporate policies and are properly archived.
• Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to monitor service quality and resolve issues.

2. Fleet Management

• Manage a fleet of 136 corporate vehicles through GRABB, Tririga, and related tools.
• Prepare monthly fleet reports (fuel consumption, toll reports per vehicle, general statistics).
• Conduct RFQs for electric vehicles and support the company car list selection process.
• Monitor and implement local fleet guidelines.
• Track e‑auction data and manage lease agreements until contract expiration.

3. Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and submit monthly procurement reports by business unit and product group.

4. Telecommunication Procurement

• • Prepare and distribute monthly telecommunications reports per user.
  • Manage device orders, contracts, and new connections in collaboration with IS.

Your background

• 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or a similar IM&S role.
• Ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP (MM, P2P, MDG) and SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data & reporting.
• Experience in Fleet Management will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of English.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
