Position Overview: We are currently seeking for a Procurement Officer to manage and coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency and compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

• Prepares Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and coordinates the evaluation of offers from approved suppliers.
• Collects, records and analyzes data related to purchase orders for materials, consumables, equipment and related services.
• Monitors the smooth execution of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, specifications and contractual terms.
• Prepares and issues purchase orders based on approved requests from the relevant internal departments.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders (such as Production, Planning, Operations and other departments) to ensure timely and adequate supply of required materials and services.
• Identifies, records and reports delays, cancellations or non-deliveries, proposing corrective actions where required.
• Prepares reports and documentation related to procurement activities and participates in the review and continuous improvement of purchasing procedures.
• Manages and maintains the approved suppliers list, ensuring that purchases are made exclusively from approved vendors where required.
• Participates in the preparation of the annual budget by estimating and monitoring purchasing costs.
• Maintains and updates suppliers’ price lists and informs Management of any significant changes.
• Ensures compliance with the procedures of the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) related to procurement and cooperates with the Quality Assurance Department during audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably within the industrial / manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with MS Office & ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems or controlled procurement procedures
• Experience in negotiations with suppliers
