Procurement Officer 

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to join an innovative corporation with multinational presence and operations.

The ideal candidate will join the Procurement Department and will be responsible for the procurement of commodities, services and equipment.

As a Procurement Officer, you will be assigned to

• Execute the full range of procurement activities for the categories under responsibility
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee continuity of supply and optimize performance results
• Source goods and services in accordance with the company’s requirements and standards
• Maintain up-to-date procurement records (supplier lists, offers, price catalogues, contracts, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and regulations

Ideal Candidate's Profile

• University degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or other technical field
• Excellent business communication skills, verbally and written, both in Greek and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with SAP and digital tools/emerging technologies (e.g. data analytics, AI/automation tools) will be considered a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in organized procurement operations, preferably in an industrial company
