We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supplies Coordinator to join our team in Skiathos. This dual-property role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operations of both the Skiathos Princess Resort and the Aegean Suites.

As the bridge between procurement and daily operations, you will ensure that every outlet—from fine dining to housekeeping—has exactly what it needs to deliver a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Distribution

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across various departments and outlets at both properties.
• Distribution: Coordinate and physically oversee the timely delivery of supplies from central storage to specific outlets (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards and match the delivery notes.

2. Procurement & Coordination

• Order Management: Collaborate closely with the central Procurement Team to forecast needs and trigger replenishment orders.
• Supplier Liaison: Act as the local point of contact for vendors regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
• Inter-Hotel Synergy: Balance resources between the Skiathos Princess and Aegean Suites to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

3. Administration & Systems

• Data Entry: Accurately insert all invoices and delivery notes into the procurement software/ERP system.
• Reporting: Assist in monthly inventory audits and provide reports on consumption patterns or budget variances.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all procurement-related documentation.

Candidate Profile

Experience Minimum 2 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (preferably in Hospitality).

Tech Skills Experience in procurement systems and MS Excel.

Physical Ability Comfortable with a role that requires active movement and handling of goods across two properties.

Languages Fluent in Greek and English.

Traits High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a "can-do" attitude.
