Responsibilities:

• Stays constantly up to date for the framework that governs PPC Procurement, Projects and Services
• Contributes to the execution of procedures for awarding contracts for projects, procurements and services, from the preparation of the invitation to the signing of the contract
• Monitors the smooth implementation of contracts until their final settlement, while ensuring the transfer and delivery of the procured items to the warehouses or their designated destinations
• Supports the execution of decentralized procedures for awarding and implementing contracts
• Provides data for monitoring the consistency and the general transactional behavior of PPC Counterparty Contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or College
• Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in contract management or in the implementation and conclusion of procurement contracts 
• Experience in large companies in the energy sector will be considered an additional qualification
• Technical skills in methodologies, tools and techniques of procurement - supply chain processes will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge and use of internal business planning systems in procurement and supply chain management (e.g. SAP) will be considered an additional qualification 
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
• Availability for urgent geographical relocations
