About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our hospitality group and support procurement and supply management across our hotels. This role is ideal for a young, motivated hospitality professional who wants to build a long-term career in procurement, supplier management, and cost control within a dynamic hotel environment.
The position is year-round and includes work both from Athens and one of our seasonal properties, offering hands-on exposure to hotel operations and real-world procurement challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily procurement operations for hotels and head office
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers and products
- Coordinate purchasing of operating supplies, F&B items, and services
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory control processes
- Compare quotes, support negotiations, and track pricing
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and hotel teams
- Support cost control initiatives and procurement reporting
Requirements
- Degree or background in Hospitality, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitality or procurement (experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable using Excel and basic reporting tools
- Fluency in Greek and English
