DEMO S.A., a leading pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our facilities in Kryoneri, Attica. This role is crucial for overseeing final product management, including order fulfillment and export management .

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and compliant handling of finished products.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, including domestic distribution and export management.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring clear task allocation and performance accountability.
• Monitor and manage warehouse Reporting and KPIs (e.g. order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity), driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to operational timelines, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Plan, organize, and execute annual and periodic inventory counts.
• Coordinate storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities in designated warehouse areas.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce quality, safety, health, and security procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact with transportation companies, 3PL services providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, deviations, and operational issues.
• Promote best practices to improve warehouse efficiency, workflow optimization, and team effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, with team management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP 4HANA is a plus).
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
