About the role:
Storage Assistant supports the efficient flow of products and stock throughout the warehouse and is responsible for receiving and dispatching goods to and from the facility.
Requirements
- Daily coordination and ongoing monitoring of department performance
- Entry of purchase orders into the supply management system and coordination of all hotel-related supplies
- Accurate registration of invoices into the ERP system
- Receipt and verification of ordered supplies, ensuring correct quantities and quality according to hotel needs
- Ongoing monitoring of inventory levels to secure timely availability of items
- Execution of monthly physical inventory counts
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in PC usage
- Good command of the English language
- Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work
