Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust production resources and schedules to meet business and sales needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, quality and logistics) to ensure effectiveness and smooth operations.
• Track raw materials, resources, and inventory to maintain production continuity according to production plan and needs.
• Initiate and support implementation of operational improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making to minimize production delays.
• Document processes, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in a field relevant to operations/production, such as Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
• 3-5 years of experience in coordinating production or operational processes in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with production or resource management software (ERP, SAP, or equivalent) or ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of addressing challenges effectively and independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
