As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations — ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth sourcing of materials, equipment, and services essential to our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate vendor performance and explore new sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage warehouse stock levels and ensure efficient inventory control.
• Open and manage new product codes in the ERP system.
• Assist in accounting-related procurement tasks, such as invoice verification and budget tracking.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in procurement, warehouse stock management, and accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement software (SoftOne experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or printing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
