We are looking for a Procurement Services Coordinator to support procurement activities across indirect categories (such as Facility Management, Commerce, etc.). This role ensures smooth and timely execution of the sourcing plan, enabling category managers to focus on strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and on-time delivery of goods and services.
The position is offered under a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Tendering
• Lead or support the full source-to-contract process, including supplier onboarding, RFI/RFQ, tendering, supplier selection, and contracting.
Internal Controls & Reporting Coordination
• Collaborate with the procurement team to perform supplier code and SHINE controls and prepare reports requested by the Heineken central team.
Supplier Management
• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.• Monitor supplier performance and suggest improvement actions.
Contract & PO/Invoice Management
• Create and maintain contracts in procurement systems.• Manage purchase orders and approvals to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Market Intelligence & Vendor Development
• Analyze market trends, identify potential vendors, and explore opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects across divisions to ensure alignment and effective implementation of procurement strategies.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Knowledge of indirect procurement categories.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Understanding of supply chain and investment planning.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Fluent in English and Greek.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

4–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry
