Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Ordering (Primary Focus)

• Preparing regular sales and stock forecasts to ensure business continuity.
• Submitting supply orders to ROSHEN Ukraine, securing timely deliveries.
• Aligning forecasts with seasonality, promotions, and sales dynamics.
• Ensuring daily operational needs of the Greek subsidiary are fully covered.

Sales Support

• Interaction with wholesalers, local and national retail chains.
• Processing customer orders and maintaining updated client/product databases.

Logistics Support

• Coordinating shipments and deliveries in ERP systems.
• Monitoring stock levels, product shelf life, and related documentation.
• Managing inbound and outbound logistics with external partners.
• Archiving logistics documentation according to company standards.

Reporting

• Preparing regular stock, sales, and forecast reports for management.
• Supporting strategic decision-making with timely data and insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in forecasting, supply planning, logistics or FMCG operations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong customer relationship and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word; ERP experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English; Ukrainian/Russian is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
