The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Procurement Expeditor | Υπεύθυνος/η Προμηθειών”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Service / Materials Category Manager of the Supply Chain- Procurement of department in Skouries.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery per agreed Incoterms.

·      Serve as primary contact for suppliers, resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, and documentation queries.

·      Escalate delays, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with internal teams to prioritize urgent needs.

·      Maintain accurate records, update SAP with delivery status, and track supplier performance against KPIs.

·      Organize vendor performance reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

·      Ensure compliance with delivery terms, documentation requirements, and audit readiness.

Requirements:

·      · Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

·      · Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency

·      · Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)

·      · Familiarity with procurement and warehouse processes

·      · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

·      · Minimum 1–2 years in procurement, logistics, or expediting roles

·      · Experience in mining, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage

·      · Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
