The role:  We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support procurement operations by handling supplier research, order tracking, stock monitoring and documentation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct supplier research and evaluate potential partnerships
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts in collaboration with other teams
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track and process invoices and purchase documentation accurately
• Ensure all procurement data is entered and maintained in SAP
• Support various administrative and back-office tasks related to procurement

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience with ERP systems is a strong plus
