About the Role:

As an Executive in the Purchasing/Commercial Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s procurement and commercial operations. You will be responsible for sourcing products/services, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost efficiency while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and procure goods/services to meet organizational needs.
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and/or other regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-5 years in purchasing, procurement, or commercial roles in Shipping and/or Real Estate Management is a plus.
• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
