PeopleCert is looking for a Procurement Associate (Top Management) who will support the top management of the company by managing and executing high-quality, discreet, and time-sensitive procurement activities for their personal and executive needs. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent sourcing skills, market awareness, and the ability to handle sensitive requests with professionalism and discretion.
As a Procurement Associate (Top Management), your tasks will include the following:
- Handle all procurement requests related to personal and executive needs of the top management (e.g. travel, luxury goods, personal services, corporate gifts, lifestyle services, home or office-related purchases etc.).
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, confidentiality, value, and efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing cycles, including market research, quotations, approvals, orders, delivery coordination, and follow-up payment.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, securing best value while maintaining quality and discretion.
- Build and manage a network of trusted vendors that meet the standards expected at executive level.
- Ensure all purchases are aligned with internal compliance, budgetary controls, and procurement policy.
- Support ad-hoc procurement needs arising from the Top Management e with speed and precision.
- Track and report on relevant expenditures, timelines, and procurement performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the wider procurement team for alignment and shared efficiency.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant procurement or executive support experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage bespoke, high-priority or confidential procurement requests.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and service.
- Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent requests.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Exceptional command of the English language (native-like fluency or C2 level certification preferred). Certifications such as LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL are a plus.
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
