We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Fleet Manager with a can-do attitude to join our Procurement Department. You will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the vehicle fleet across all group companies, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and excellent service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire vehicle fleet (owned and leased) of the Group.
- Strategically allocate vehicles based on operational needs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Negotiate with external vehicle leasing and rental partners to secure the best possible deals.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Procurement Manager on vehicle selection, leasing contracts, and renewals.
- Work with the Commercial Department to fulfill vehicle requests tailored to client specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery and return of vehicles in excellent technical and aesthetic condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle documentation (delivery, return checklists, photos, etc.).
- Oversee regular and emergency vehicle maintenance, insurance coverage, and repairs.
- Analyze fleet operational costs and identify opportunities for improvement and savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal fleet management policies.
- Track and report KPIs related to fleet availability, usage, and cost to senior management.
- Forecast future vehicle and equipment needs to support business growth.
Requirements & Skills
- 2–3 years of proven experience in fleet management, procurement, or logistics roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with experience in fleet management systems and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and sustainability practices.
