Inter Cars Greece is interesting to appoint an accountant for the finance dept within the Athens Metropolitan Area. The right candidate will contribute the team to achieve the corporate goals. 

 

Responsibilities 

Carrying out and checking accounting reconciliations 

Checking and processing calendar entries where required 

Reconciliations of customers, suppliers, banks and other accounts 

Compliance with tax authorities 

Reconciliation of fixed asset register with general ledger balance sheet

Preparation of tax returns and tax obligations (VAT-VAT-VIES-INTRASTAT- EXTRAORDINARY TAXES). 

Implementation of tax procedures and obligations 

Managing partner clearances 

Managing MY DATA 

Other accounting tasks arising from the daily needs, operation of the business

 

Requirements 

BSc in accounting or finance 

Minimum 5 years of experience 

Excellent understanding of accounting, financial and tax information principles and practices 

Organizational skills, team spirit, confidentiality 

Excellent Office 365 knowledge and ERP familiarity

Excellent knowledge of English
