As Supply Chain Manager at OnePharma, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain processes within the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to distribution, to meet the company's production and delivery objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and objectives while increasing profitability, cash flow, and overall economic efficiency.
- Procurement and Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and contract with suppliers to secure the best terms, conditions and procurement prices. Generate consistently capital spend reductions that lead to increased competitiveness and profitability.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance production needs and minimize carrying costs. Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain production schedules. Ensure alignment between production plans, inventory levels, and customer demand.
- Logistics and Distribution: Optimize logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the supply chain. Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality, financial. Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. MBA is desirable.
- More than five years of experience in supply chain management or in a similar field within the pharmaceutical industry.
- GMP, GDP experience with process documentation and system audits
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication abilities and strong organizational and leadership skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
