Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with key suppliers to secure strategic partnerships for essential products/services
  • Contract Management: Supervise contract execution and strategic projects, ensuring favourable terms for the company
  • Procurement Strategies: Implement effective procurement strategies to guarantee timely product/service delivery, emphasizing sustainability
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the annual procurement forecast, purchasing plan, and budget
  • Cost Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate Food & Beverage costs and KPIs, comparing them to budget, forecasts, and previous year's data, and recommend improvements

Required Education/Qualifications/Other Accreditations

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality
  • At least 5 years in procurement, with proficiency in Procurement ERP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience purchasing and negotiating F&B, Equipment and Services at national level
  • Solid procurement knowledge with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong team management skills, able to oversee and train staff members
  • Manage OPEX and control substantial budgets
