Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Supplier Research & Engagement: Identify new suppliers and products, negotiate terms, and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Procurement & Negotiation: Secure advantageous pricing and rebate conditions through skilled negotiation
• Order Management: Execute product/service ordering processes in line with managerial requests
• Market Analysis & Supplier Visits: Keep abreast of market trends through regular supplier engagements
• ERP System Updates: Accurately introduce new products into the ERP system with detailed information
• Invoice Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure efficient invoice processing and timely supplier payments

Required Education/Qualifications/Other Accreditations

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
• Skilled in the use of Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of procurement processes and negotiation techniques
• Potential to guide and develop junior procurement staff
• Experience overseeing Operational Expenditure budgets
