ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare accurate and complete purchase orders for assigned product categories.
  • Implement company’s procurement processes and strategy.
  • Prepare, coordinate and conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve business objectives and to ensure optimum cost.
  • Establish and maintain documents and records, as per Company’s processes and systems.
  • Produce reports when
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Procurement and business process tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 1+ year experience in a procurement or supply chain department.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in English (both in written and oral).
  • Good command of German or other foreign language will be a plus.
  • Competent in MS Office and ERP systems.
