- Prepare accurate and complete purchase orders for assigned product categories.
- Implement company’s procurement processes and strategy.
- Prepare, coordinate and conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve business objectives and to ensure optimum cost.
- Establish and maintain documents and records, as per Company’s processes and systems.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Procurement and business process tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Administration.
- 1+ year experience in a procurement or supply chain department.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English (both in written and oral).
- Good command of German or other foreign language will be a plus.
- Competent in MS Office and ERP systems.
