Main Tasks/Competencies:

• Go to market strategy for B2B portfolio (SME & Corporate)
• Defines product proposition and pricing to ensure company’s targets and meet customer’s needs
• Revenue growth via development of existing customer base (CRM-CVM) & acquisition of new customers 
• End-to-end design and execution of cross-selling and upselling campaigns & offering
• Analyze multiple datasets & create relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into Sales initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper execution of campaigns

Basic Requirements / Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or CRM/CVM, Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
• Knowledge of Telecoms market (Fixed and/or Mobile) 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing
• Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
• Combination of analytical & commercial thinking
• Reliability and assertive determination to ensure delivery of results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent numerical skills
• Ability to work in teams, creativity, efficiency and attention to detail
• Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Office
