Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day Loyalty Program operations including performance management and development of the Loyalty Program Team
  • Develop and implement strategies that grow the use of customer loyalty card and drive customer satisfaction
  • Design customer profiling and segmentation in order to optimize the program’s performance
  • Develop and monitor the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program including back-end system interface and rewards management to strengthen customer engagement
  • Establish and closely monitor KPIs to improve the program’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Recommend and implement future phase program innovations both technical and commercial
  • Develop strategic partnerships with external vendors to provide the ultimate benefits/offers for the Loyalty program members

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics or related discipline
  • Master’s Degree in a related field will be considered as an asset
  • Proficiency in English language

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-year prior experience in loyalty/membership programs

Competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities)

  • Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on/executional capacity
  • Knowledge of data analysis, customer segmentation and data insights is a must
  • Hands-on experience in CRM & loyalty management (system migration or loyalty program relaunch knowledge is a considered a plus)
  • Knowledge in systems and commercial processes optimization
  • Must be a strong team player with proven leadership and delegation skills
  • Experience in leading teams will be considered a plus
