Soft decoration interior designer

We, Sunmix Investment, are looking for an associate to join our team in the Property Management sector:

Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate the long-term rental apartments collected by the company, understand the company's design philosophy, independently complete the design of the plan, renderings, start construction, select materials, set sample quotations, soft decoration, coordinate and handle design-related matters of the project, and after decoration layout;
• Establish the company's various product resource libraries;
• Assist R&D designers to establish product standards for long-term rental apartments.
• Familiar with the market standards and prices of decoration and building materials, and can independently complete the purchase and settlement of soft furnishings and building materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in architectural design, interior design, environmental art, fine arts and other related majors, and more than 2 years of work experience in home decoration design. Familiar with indoor construction technology, good at soft decoration design, on-site construction experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SKETCH-UP and other related design software;
• Able to independently complete the whole process of architectural interior renderings from modeling to post-production;
• Love design work, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, good understanding and communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English language.
