We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Kids’ Club Agent for our 5-star hotel, Domes Aulus Zante, an Autograph Collection Resort, for season 2023.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate love and passion in working with children aged 4 months old and upwards whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality standards and safety.

Main Accountabilities

• Ensure the guests and their children benefit from the highest level of childcare
• Providing safe, caring and fun services to our youngest clients in compliance with Autograph Collection Standards
• Running day to day activity program of the Kids Club
• Interact with the children in a positive and age-appropriate manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the same position, as Kids Club Attendant or similar childcare position or recreation operation
• Fluency in English & Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian) would be an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasant personality, social and enthusiast
• Customer-centric
• Outgoing and fun
• Flexible and adaptable to change
