Senior Payroll Specialist at

Client focused - Full time – Athens

Job Purpose

As a Senior Payroll Specialist within our Client’s Service team you will handle all Payroll and HR support services for businesses. 

Your Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR. 
  • At least 8 years working experience.
  • High-level knowledge of labour and social security law. 
  • Experience in managing the payroll of companies with more than 250 employees.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel.
  • Experience with payroll systems and reporting software, preferably Soft One and Epsilon Net. 
  • Excellent English written and verbal. 
  • Other characteristics: accurate, flexible, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Management of the payroll and the whole range of works related to it (Labor, OAED, Erghani program, etc.), as well as certain HR services required by our customers
  • Ensuring calculations and filings are in full compliance with laws and payroll/HR standards. 
  • Review, test and reconcile the work and data received from junior members of the team.
