Client focused - Full time – Athens
Job Purpose
As a Senior Payroll Specialist within our Client’s Service team you will handle all Payroll and HR support services for businesses.
Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR.
- At least 8 years working experience.
- High-level knowledge of labour and social security law.
- Experience in managing the payroll of companies with more than 250 employees.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel.
- Experience with payroll systems and reporting software, preferably Soft One and Epsilon Net.
- Excellent English written and verbal.
- Other characteristics: accurate, flexible, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the payroll and the whole range of works related to it (Labor, OAED, Erghani program, etc.), as well as certain HR services required by our customers
- Ensuring calculations and filings are in full compliance with laws and payroll/HR standards.
- Review, test and reconcile the work and data received from junior members of the team.
