We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative who will be based in in Agia Paraskevi, Athens.

Role Overview

  • Responsible for selected B2B accounts including sell-in, customer service and order management/communication.
  • Communication reminders on provided leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activity.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities for in-season business and develop quarterly plan to develop sales opportunities with support from Manager.
  • Achieve quarterly and seasonal sales goals.
  • Produce accurate and reliable forecasts for own business.
  • Appointment setting for business owners/directors through B2B business calls.
  • Create quarterly and seasonal catalogs and assortment plans across all product divisions and sport categories.
  • Monitor and report development of customer base (KPIs).
  • Always act in the best interest of team to improve relations and resolve issues.
  • Perform well in fast-paced, target driven environment.


Requirements

  • Minimum of (2) two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in sales, retail, account management, or business development preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Passion for sport.
  • Sporting goods industry experience is preferred.
  • Driving license is a must.
