The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Warranty and Repair Coordinator | Συντονιστής Διαχείρισης Εγγυήσεων και Επισκευών”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Inventory Control Superintendent, of the Supply Chain department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the repair and return cycle of major components, ensuring alignment with inventory levels and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and follow up on warranty claims, negotiate credit notes, and ensure fulfillment of supplier commitments.
- Establish KPIs for service providers in line with Hellas Gold expectations.
- Maintain updated records of repairable and returned components across warehouse and satellite storage areas.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and system tracking of components under repair or claim.
- Verify proper receipt and correct storage of repaired or replaced parts.
- Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements for repairs and warranty coverage with OEMs and third-party vendors.
- Organize regular reviews with suppliers to track service levels, turnaround time, and performance.
- Define RACI and methodologies to clarify stakeholder responsibilities across Hellas Gold and external providers.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize warranty processing and reduce component turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate documentation and develop strategies for managing obsolete or unrepairable parts.
- Lead internal tracking and monitoring under circular economy principles.
- Liaise with Finance for reconciliation of CAPEX components under warranty/repair cycle.
- Ensure SAP data accuracy for repairable components and asset records.
- Support audit processes and provide documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years in warranty, repair coordination, or component lifecycle management.
- Experience in mining or heavy industry will be considered an asset.
- Understanding of mining and/or process plant mobile equipment and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with SAP and component traceability in ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Driver's license (B Category).
