Responsibilities:

• Analyzes environmental data and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Group’s Scope 3 indirect emissions, in order to assess the progress of emission reduction initiatives and support the adoption of best practices by subsidiaries
• Reviews existing emissions calculation methodologies and provides recommendations for improvement, in line with international standards and the applicable regulatory framework
• Provides technical support to the Director of Value Chain Climate Neutrality and to subsidiary companies on matters related to carbon footprinting, ISO standards and environmental management, in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Conducts quality, completeness and reliability checks of environmental data, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of each subsidiary's data
• Monitors developments in European and international legislation related to emissions, climate risk and sustainable development, in order to ensure compliance and timely adaptation to regulatory requirements
• Participates in the collection, processing and documentation of data for the preparation of corporate sustainability reports and other relevant disclosures and supports the Group’s participation in initiatives related to emissions reduction, sustainability and environmental management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or an Engineering Diploma in Sciences
• Master’s degree in the fields of Energy, Environment or Sustainable Development will be considered an additional qualification
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in carbon footprint calculation and reporting, monitoring of environmental indicators and the development and implementation of emissions calculation methodologies and environmental management practices
• Experience in industry and/or the energy sector, with participation in Sustainable Development projects and initiatives and environmental management will be considered an additional qualification
• Certified training in Project Management (PRINCE2® Foundation) will be considered an additional qualification
• Certified training in Sustainable Development/Sustainability will be considered an additional qualification
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
• Availability for urgent geographical relocations
