Your Role

We are looking for a professional to manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) projects in implementing electronic document exchange solutions. You will work closely with customers to guide them through the technical setup, testing, and rollout while ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Your Contribution to the Team

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of EDI projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting them in understanding EDI standards (XML, JSON) and guiding them through implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and ERP partners to enable seamless system integrations.
• Ensure project activities follow structured methodologies and internal processes.
• Proactively identify potential risks and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
• Analyze, maintain, and optimize data flows using SQL and database tools.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with commercial and accounting documents (invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, etc.) is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with business workflows such as invoicing, order processing, and logistics, as well as ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database querying.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or project coordination will be considered an advantage.
• Comfortable using English in both written and verbal communication, as required for certain international projects.
