PharmaPath, a Greek pharmaceutical company with a rich history and significant legacy in the pharmaceutical field of generic medicines, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Supply Chain Officer – Artwork Management to join our dynamic team. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Create codes for packaging materials.
• Develop packaging materials for key product lines with customers
• Monitoring and confirm packaging material costs per order
• Register Finished Goods orders in ERP system
• Meet business timelines for market-ready labels with immediate visibility of artwork and manage the approval workflow with up-to-date tracking statuses
• Check the online proofing from customers
• Preparation of reports requested internally and participate in annual stock counts
• Support any additional supply chain strategy or supply chain process
• Continuous training of supply chain personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• A Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management will be considered as an asset
• Minimum 3-4 years in Supply Chain-related roles (e.g., Logistics, Distribution, Operations, Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Management) preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent knowledge and handling of both verbal and written English language
• Excellence knowledge of MS office and supply chain tools
