Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our supply chain operations, focusing on import management. The role involves coordinating imports, handling invoices, communicating with suppliers, and working closely with the warehouse and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor import processes and transport coordination.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Enter and track imports in the Entersoft ERP system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for deliveries.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong numerical and computer skills (MS Office).
• Good command of English (additional language is a plus).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
