Account Manager -Software Solutions - Enterprise - Sales IB
Your Role
As an Account Manager – Software Solutions, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored software solutions that create long-term value. You will be responsible for account development through upselling and cross-selling, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate additional solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to account growth strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
- Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
