We are looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team.

What you will focus on

• Manage a portfolio of rental properties and oversee their day-to-day operations

• Handle lease agreements, including drafting, renewals, and amendments

• Communicate with property owners regarding leasing matters, maintenance

needs, and financial updates

• Prepare rent payments and coordinate with the accounting for owner payments

• Manage shared building expenses, including payments, coordination with

building managers, and updates on any changes

• Maintain and update company records and systems, ensuring accuracy and

completeness

• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve maintenance and property-related

issues

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

• Good command of the English language

• Previous experience in Property Management or a similar administrative role

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with

property owners

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)

• Ability to manage financial and administrative processes effectively
