We are looking for a 1st Level Support Technician to join our high caliber team.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site when required
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and related hardware
- Train and support end users in the effective use of software and equipment
- Work on a shift-based schedule according to business needs
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with software applications is considered an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
