About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Communication Specialist for Volkswagen Brand, who is digital-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with 2–3 years of experience to develop their skills in social media, digital campaigns, and content creation within a leading automotive company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of internal and external digital communication strategies, with a focus on social media engagement
• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media channels, newsletters, and press releases
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment across departments
• Monitor media coverage and track social media performance metrics
• Manage day-to-day account operations and coordination tasks
• Create, track, and reconcile Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices
• Support dealer network communication needs and coordinate related requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and digital projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Digital-savvy with hands-on experience in social media management and CMS tools
• Familiarity with:
  • CRM reporting
  • Google Analytics
  • Performance marketing
  • Google Ads & Google My Business
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
