Due to its expansion, LAS SOLUTIONS is seeking to recruit a highly organized and motivated Department Coordinator / Administrator to support the daily operational and administrative needs of our Software Engineering department in the area of Athens
# Your Role
- Administrative support for alignment to internal procedures
- Assist in onboarding new team members (documents, checklists, etc.)
- Control and check data inputs in the ERP system
- Create reports and dashboards for the department’s performance
- Track progress of departmental deliverables and send reminders
- Ensure timely routing of information between teams
- Liaise with HR, Finance and other departments to assist with internal tasks

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Clear and professional communication
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the German language will be considered as an asset
- BSc degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- Experience in a structured environment for 2 – 3 years
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male applicants)
