We are looking for a Product Quality & Regulatory Specialist who cares deeply about how garments are made, product quality, and responsible production practices.
This role offers strong exposure to production, supply chain operations, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory processes, working closely with our Production Manager and collaborating with our Design and Pattern Making teams to ensure technical accuracy and product consistency throughout the production process.
Dirty Laundry is a fast-growing fashion brand based in Athens with strong momentum in the Greek market and a growing international presence. As our production scales, we are strengthening our Supply Chain and Quality processes to support the next phase of our development.
Key Responsibilities
Production Quality
- Monitor quality across production stages (cutting, sewing, dyeing, finishing)
- Conduct in-line and final quality checks
- Ensure alignment between design specifications, patterns, and final garments
- Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions with the Production Manager and production partners
Regulatory, Sustainability & Compliance
- Monitor EU and Greek textile regulations and ensure compliance across materials, dyes, and production processes
- Maintain compliance documentation and supplier certifications
- Support supply chain transparency and traceability across materials and production stages
- Research relevant certifications, standards, and testing processes and contribute to improving responsible production practices
Production Data & Systems
- Maintain production information in the company ERP/EBS system
- Support purchase order entries and production process updates
- Ensure accurate tracking of product codes, materials, and production stages
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in garment production, pattern making, fashion design, or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Familiarity with dyeing and finishing techniques is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and production partners
