We are looking for a motivated ΕInvoicing Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Patras.
Your Role
In this role, you will act as the link between our clients’ business requirements and the technical implementation of e-Invoicing solutions. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, train end-users, and help improve our software offerings based on real-world feedback.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Meet with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business process requirements
- Analyze functional specifications and map them to the e-Invoicing software’s capabilities
- Implement and configure software solutions based on customer needs
- Provide feedback on improving or developing new functionalities to better serve client requirements
- Deliver training sessions to ensure smooth user onboarding and adoption
- Collaborate closely with the project team to prioritize client needs, proactively identify issues, and offer solutions
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in Accounting, Consulting, or Information Technology roles
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM/WMS software is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A collaborative mindset and team spirit
