Responsibilities:

• Prepares and codifies risk management policies, procedures and standards and submits proposals for their development
• Maintains the risk management system in alignment with the risk management policy adopted by Management and submits proposals for its enhancement
• Develops and monitors Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Control Indicators (KCIs), in collaboration with risk officers and the business units that own the risks
• Collaborates with risk officers to monitor the implementation of risk management policies and to identify potential gaps or areas for improvement
• Collaborates and aligns with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., Internal Audit and/or Compliance units) on impacts affecting multiple Business Units, in order to ensure more effective implementation and systematic monitoring of the Internal Control System

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University in Science, Economics, Business Administration or Diploma in Engineering
• Master's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Finance or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the position
• Experience in a related Sector (Energy, Telecommunications, Financial Services) or in a large Company/Organization will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of GRC systems will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
