Overview

Interbeton, part of TITAN Greece, is looking for an Aggregates Regional Manager to oversee quarry operations in Northern Greece, reporting directly to the Aggregates Operations Director. The primary objective of the role is to be accountable for delivering safety, operational performance, financial results, and regulatory compliance across the region, while supporting long-term resource management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quarry operations across an assigned geographic region, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production.
• Deliver regional performance targets related to safety, quality, cost, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead production planning and resource utilization to secure sustainable long-term quarry performance.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, implementing corrective and improvement actions where required.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and standardization across quarry sites.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, technical and environmental legislation, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Lead risk management, incident prevention, and corrective action follow-up across the region.
• Develop, coach, and evaluate site leadership to strengthen capability, engagement, and succession readiness.
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics, technical, and corporate functions to support business objectives.
• Maintain effective relationships with authorities, local communities, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to regional strategy, reserves planning, permitting, and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quarry or aggregates operations, including senior or multi-site leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record in safety leadership, operational excellence, permitting and financial performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, manage complexity, and deliver results through high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational credibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Greek and English.
• Military service fulfilled (where applicable).
