Mellon Technologies seeks to hire a Group Compliance Officer.

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will support the Group Compliance Manager in ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of the Group’s Integrated Management Systems in line with ISO standards. The role also contributes to compliance initiatives related to data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements across the Group.

The Group Compliance Officer will report to the Group Compliance Manager and support the implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance-related processes across the organization.

Job Description

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Group’s Integrated Management Systems in line with ISO standards
• Assist in monitoring compliance with ISO standards across the companies of the Group
• Support ISO certification audits and follow-up actions
• Support the development and update of policies, procedures and system documentation
• Maintain documentation repository related to compliance and management systems up to date
• Contribute to compliance-related initiatives and projects across the organization
• Support awareness and training activities related to compliance, quality, information security and data protection
• Assist in compliance aspects of risk management and business continuity initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or other technology-related field; Business Administration, Management, or Law degrees will also be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, risk management, or related roles
• Good understanding of information security and data protection principles
• Good understanding and practical exposure of regulatory requirements and compliance practices
• Solid knowledge and practical application of ISO standards (i.e. 9001, 27001, 27701, 14001, 45001, 22301)
• Familiarity with the PCI certification scheme will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and processes
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret information
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
