Responsibilities:

• Implements appropriate internal procedures to ensure compliance with the insurance strategy and policy
• Records critical information in order to support potential claims related to the insurance policy
• Participates in the training of stakeholders involved with insurance products regarding compliance requirements and the use of available insurance policies
• Communicates with the managers of the PPC Group Departments and with the collaborating insurance consultants to update information regarding the terms of the insurance policies
• Analyzes data arising from insurance policies to improve future policies. Analyzes the performance of the insurance contract. Evaluates claims, and prepares supporting documentation reports
• Reviews potential improvements for future insurance policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University in Science, Economics, Business Administration or Diploma in Engineering
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the position
• Experience in insurance-related matters will be considered an additional qualification
• Experience in a large company/organization will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
• Availability for urgent geographical relocations
