We are looking for Technical Application Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Handle incoming customer requests via email and CRM system for the application
- Manage customer requests and resolve technical issues related to the operation of the application
- Support tasks related to system integration with e-shops and data imports.
- Configure and support printing forms and other technical functions of the application
- Identify and report bugs, improvement suggestions, and technical developments of the application
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or graduate of a Technical IEK in IT
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support of applications.
- Familiarity with system integrations, imports, and application configurations
- Good understanding of technical application functionality and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to organize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Good knowledge of SoftOne ERP will be considered an asset
