In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced and visionary Revenue Manager.
The Revenue Manager plays a key role within the centralized Revenue Management structure, leading revenue strategy for assigned managed properties while supporting portfolio-wide performance and upcoming openings.
Reporting to the Yield & Revenue Director, the role combines property-level ownership with cross-property collaboration to ensure commercial alignment, forecast accuracy and revenue optimization in line with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor booking pace, ADR, occupancy, pickup and competitive set activity to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Develop and execute pricing and segmentation strategies to maximize RevPAR and total revenue performance.
- Prepare rolling forecasts, budget inputs and reforecast scenarios aligned with market conditions and business objectives.
- Lead revenue strategy for assigned properties across the Ella Resorts portfolio and managed franchise partnerships, including Marriott Autograph Collection assets.
- Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of Opera PMS and Opera Cloud systems.
- Utilize Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS) and operate within the Marriott Revenue Management ecosystem (including One Yield) to support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Monitor benchmarking tools (Lighthouse, STR) to assess market positioning and index performance.
- Ensure rate integrity and availability consistency across direct and third-party distribution channels.
- Monitor channel mix and distribution cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with property leadership teams to align commercial strategy with operational execution.
- Support onboarding and revenue integration of new managed properties.
- Produce weekly and monthly revenue performance reports (Budget vs. LY vs. Forecast).
- Identify revenue opportunities through data analysis, market trends and demand patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry, preferably in branded or multi-property environments.
- Experience within Marriott-branded environments (e.g., Autograph Collection) is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing logic and dynamic inventory allocation.
- Experience with Opera PMS and Opera Cloud.
- Experience with Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS) and Marriott revenue tools (e.g., One Yield).
- Familiarity with benchmarking tools such as Lighthouse and STR.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA extranets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
