We are looking for ERP Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Partner support via telephone / email / e-ticket
- Respond to partner issues
- Assist partners with implementation and training
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshop
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or in relevant field
- Proven experience as Accountant
- Hands on experience with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
