A Unique Opportunity in Metallurgy
This 12-month rotational program is designed to immerse young engineers in real production environments, large-scale industrial operations and strategic transformation projects across METLEN's Metals Sector.
You will not observe from the sidelines - you will actively contribute to critical projects that shape the future of aluminium, alumina and strategic materials production in Europe.

Explore Key Areas in the Metals Sector
During the program, participants will contribute to major projects across METLEN's metallurgical operations, including:
♦ Aluminium of Greece - Experience large-scale aluminium and alumina production in our high-capacity facilities, a key player in the global market. Our refinery in Agios Nikolaos, Viotia, is undergoing a major expansion, reinforcing METLEN's industry leadership.
♦ Bauxite Production - Be part of the largest bauxite producer in the European Union, with strategic investments in research and new bauxite mining deposits.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for motivated engineering graduates (up to 2 years of experience) who are eager to build a career in metallurgy. Ideally:
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Willingness to relocate to METLEN's operations in Viotia, Fokida (accommodation provided for project duration), and Oinofita
• Completed military service (for male applicants)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Strong alignment with METLEN's core values:

4. Onsite Assessment Center - Participate in practical challenges and teamwork exercises at the "Aluminium of Greece" facilities in Viotia (transportation provided by METLEN upon request )
5. Senior Leadership Discussions - Have a short discussion with senior leaders of the metallurgy plant to explore alignment and gain insight into the plant's direction and expectations.
6. Final Offer - Receive a competitive compensation package and officially join the Engineers in Action Metals team. The program commences in July 2026.
