We are seeking a WMS Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Contribution to the Success of the Team
- Provide business & technical support to customers and partners
- Monitor and maintain issues with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Implement views and automations for special procedures / business flows
- Advise and train users on software use
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in relevant field
- Familiarity with WMS or Other Logistics applications
- Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
